Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Allleftout, your satisfaction is our priority. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order is on its way, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment.
If you receive a defective item, please refer to our limited product warranty for assistance.
Return & Exchange Guidelines
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the purchase date. Unfortunately, we are unable to process returns or exchanges beyond this period.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging intact.
- Products sold as a set must be returned as a complete set.
- Final sale and non-returnable items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Return shipping costs for online purchases are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases where the item is faulty or incorrect.
This policy does not affect your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

Important Notes:
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted for refunds or exchanges.
- If your return is approved due to a defective or incorrect item, we will provide a prepaid return label. Otherwise, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- Please include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and any complimentary gifts with your return.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or denial of your request.
Refunds & Processing Time
If your return is approved:
- Exchanges: A replacement item will be shipped promptly.
- Refunds: Processed within 1–3 business days to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Please allow additional time for processing.
- Check with your bank or card provider for any pending transactions.
