Shipping Policy

At Koynze LLC, we believe getting your order should be simple, reliable, and worry-free. This policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed on koynze.com.

Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within one business day, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be handled on the next business day. During high-volume periods or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer, but we’ll always keep you updated.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates
We work with trusted carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.
– Standard Shipping: 2–4 business days within the contiguous U.S.
– Expedited Shipping: 1–2 business days (additional cost, if available at checkout)
Delivery times are estimated by carriers and may vary due to weather, location, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Coverage
We proudly deliver to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands, as well as APO/FPO military addresses.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your carrier name, tracking number, and a link to track your package in real time.

Risk of Loss and Title
All orders are shipped FOB shipping point, which means risk of loss transfers to you once the carrier takes possession of the package. Once marked as “delivered” by the carrier, your order is considered fulfilled.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
If your package appears lost or delayed, please:

  1. Verify the shipping address used at checkout.

  2. Check with neighbors or household members.

  3. Contact the carrier using your tracking number.
    If the issue remains unresolved, email support@koynze.com within seven business days of the expected delivery date so we can investigate.
    For stolen packages, we recommend filing a claim directly with the carrier. While replacements are not guaranteed, we’ll always do our best to assist.

Incorrect Address Policy
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we’ll notify you and offer reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply). Refunds may be issued minus shipping costs if you choose to cancel the order instead.

Multiple Shipments
Large or multi-item orders may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery. You’ll receive tracking details for each shipment.
