Order Cancellation Policy

We begin preparing orders quickly (handling time is typically 1–2 business days). If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. We’ll do our best to help.

When can an order be canceled?

How to request a cancellation

  1. Email [email protected] with the subject line: “Cancel Order”.
  2. Include: order number, full name, shipping address, the item(s) to cancel, and the reason for your request.
  3. We’ll confirm by email whether the cancellation was successful or advise on next steps.

Partial cancellations and multi‑item orders

If only part of your order has begun processing, we may be able to cancel the remaining items. Items that have already shipped cannot be canceled.

Address changes and edits

If you need to update your shipping address, contact us immediately. We can often update it before a label is created. Once a package is shipped, carriers typically cannot reroute it. If a package returns to us, we’ll reach out with options.

Refund timing

When a cancellation is approved, we submit the refund right away to your original payment method. Your bank or payment service usually posts funds within 3–10 business days, depending on their policies.
