Shipping & Delivery

We keep shipping simple, transparent, and trackable. Orders are processed quickly and delivered by reliable carriers with a standard flat rate.

Where we ship

  • United States shipping only (contiguous states, Alaska, Hawaii, and Washington, D.C.).
  • We can ship to most U.S. addresses, including P.O. Boxes, subject to carrier limitations.

Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays. Delivery timeframes are estimates and can be affected by weather, carrier volume, or address issues.

Order processing

  • Orders placed after business hours or on weekends/holidays begin processing the next business day.
  • Address changes can be requested before your order ships. Once shipped, we are unable to update the address.
  • If an item in your order becomes temporarily unavailable, we will contact you with options before shipping.

Tracking your order

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.
  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after you receive your confirmation.

Split shipments

To speed up delivery, items may ship separately. If your order is split, you will receive a tracking email for each shipment and you will only be charged the single $6.99 standard shipping fee.

Delivery details

  • Most packages do not require a signature. Final delivery practices may vary by carrier and location.
  • If tracking shows “Delivered” but you can’t locate the package, please wait 24 hours, check with neighbors or building staff, and verify the address. Then contact the carrier and our team for assistance.

Undeliverable or returned packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable or refused, we will contact you to confirm the address. An additional shipping fee may apply for reshipment.

Damaged or lost in transit

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, email [email protected] with your order number, photos (if applicable), and any carrier details so we can assist and help file a claim with the carrier.
