Returns & Exchanges

We want your pieces to fit and feel right. If something isn’t working, most new, unworn items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.

Return shipping and costs

Prepaid US return label Customer Use our label and $6.99 will be deducted from your refund. One label per return authorization.
Use your own carrier Customer Ship with a trackable service to the address below. Keep proof of postage.
Damaged/incorrect items All Left Out If we made a mistake or the item arrived defective, we’ll cover return shipping. Report within 7 days of delivery.
Original shipping fee The original $6.99 outbound shipping fee is not refundable.

How to start a return or exchange

  1. Email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, item(s), reason, and whether you want a refund or exchange. Photos help for fit issues or defects.
  2. We’ll reply with a return authorization (RMA) and instructions. If eligible, we can issue a prepaid label.
  3. Pack items securely, include the RMA inside the parcel, and ship within 14 days of approval. If using your own carrier, ship to:

  4. Keep your drop-off receipt and tracking number until your return is processed.

Exchanges

  • Size/color exchanges are available for the same style if in stock.
  • We ship your exchange after your return is scanned in transit or received, depending on availability.
  • If the requested item is out of stock, we’ll process a refund (less any applicable return label fee) or offer store credit upon request.

Refund timing

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please report any issue within 7 days of delivery by emailing photos and your order number to [email protected]. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label when needed.

Important notes

  • Items returned without authorization or outside the window may be refused. If you’d like such items sent back, we can invoice return shipping.
  • We’re not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit. Use a trackable service and keep proof of postage.
  • Gift returns can be issued as store credit to the recipient upon request; otherwise, refunds go to the original payment method.
  • Nothing here limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer laws.
