Accepted payment options

• We never see or store your full card number; our processors use tokenization and other industry‑standard security practices.
• We use automated checks to prevent fraud. If we need a quick confirmation, we’ll email you from [email protected].

Charges, holds, and receipts

• Most orders are charged when you place the order. Some banks first show a temporary authorization that converts to a charge or drops off per the bank’s timeline.
• We email a confirmation/receipt shortly after checkout.
• Your bank or PayPal statement may reference our store name or the payment processor.

If a payment fails

Common reasons include bank security blocks, incorrect card details, insufficient funds, billing address mismatch, or a verification step (such as 3‑D Secure) that wasn’t completed.

Try the following:

• Re‑enter your card details and billing address exactly as they appear on your statement.
• Try another accepted method (for example, a different card or PayPal).
