What payment methods do you accept?

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t shipped, we may be able to help. Email [email protected] with your order number as soon as possible. Once an order is packed or shipped, changes and cancellations are not guaranteed.

Why do I see a pending charge?

Some banks show an authorization before the payment settles. If an order is canceled before shipment, the authorization typically drops off per your bank’s timeline.

How do I choose my size?

Shipping & delivery

How long will delivery take?

Most in‑stock orders ship within 1–2 business days and arrive in approximately 2–4 business days after dispatch. Weather, carrier volume, and operational delays can affect timing.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is $6.99 per order. Taxes or carrier surcharges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

If faster options are available for your address, they will appear at checkout.

Where do you ship?

We ship to the locations shown at checkout. If your address isn’t available, contact us and we’ll confirm what’s possible.

Can you ship to a PO box?

Carrier capabilities vary. If a PO box isn’t supported for your shipment, please provide a physical street address.

Tracking

How do I track my order?

We’ll email you a tracking link once your order ships. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to display the first scan.

My tracking hasn’t updated. What should I do?

Occasional gaps in scans are normal. If there’s no movement for 3 business days, contact the carrier and copy us so we can assist.

Returns & refunds

Do you accept returns?

We accept returns on eligible items. To start a return, email [email protected] with your order number, item(s), and reason. Please wait for return authorization and instructions—do not send items back without approval.

What condition should items be in?

In general, items must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags and any original packaging). Items marked final sale or hygiene‑sensitive on the product page are typically not eligible.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return options and any related costs will be confirmed during the authorization process. We’ll share the most suitable method based on your location and item type.

When will I receive my refund?

After your return is delivered to us and inspected, we’ll email you an update. If approved, we issue the refund to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the funds. Original shipping fees are not refundable except where required by local regulations.

Can I exchange an item?

Inventory moves quickly, so the fastest way to get a different size or color is to place a new order once your return is authorized. We’ll process the return per the steps above.

Order issues

My order arrived damaged or incorrect. What now?

Contact us within a reasonable time after delivery with photos of the packaging and item, plus your order number. We’ll review and advise next steps.

My package shows delivered but I can’t find it.

First, check with neighbors and common areas, and confirm the shipping address on your order. If still missing, contact the carrier and email us—carrier investigations can help locate misdelivered items.
